A complex and sophisticated oolong with a balanced, fruity, jammy character and natural sweetness. This honeyed oolong has notes of dried apricot, white blossom and pine nut.
Brewing Guide
Use freshly filtered, soft water. Heat to just below boiling (95–98). Measure 3–4g of loose leaf tea per cup. Steep 3–5 mins to taste. Re-infuse leaves for multiple brews. Strain and enjoy black or with a splash of milk. Our 16g jar makes 4–5 fresh pots, with 2–4 cups per pot.
Our tea is also delicious cold brewed. Add tea leaves to good-quality room temperature water and leave to steep overnight, or for 6–8 hours in the fridge. The leaves can be infused multiple times using this method.
